With flights under 7 hours from much of Europe they are still surprisingly untouched by the masses. You can enjoy magnificent beaches and a variety of water sports with excellent conditions. There are also hiking opportunities, entertainment and a taste of African culture, all within a superb climate. CV is made up of 9 inhabited islands Santo Antão, São Vicente, São Nicolau, Sal, Boa Vista, Maio, Santiago, Fogo and Brava.

This country enjoys its own diverse culture influenced by Africa, Portugal and Brazil. Each island offers something different, with enough beauty and charm for even the most seasoned traveller.
